Uzbek weightlifter Adkhamjon Ergashev claimed the gold medal in the Clean & Jerk in the 65 kg category at the Sixth Islamic Solidarity Games – Riyadh 2025, marking his third career gold medal at the Games. He previously won two gold medals at the 2021 edition in Konya. Ergashev also secured the silver medal in the Total event in the 65 kg category at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games (Riyadh 2025) after lifting a total of 304 kg.
