Egyptian weightlifter Rahma Ahmed won two gold medals in the 86 kg category, claiming top honors in both the Snatch and the Total at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games (Riyadh 2025). She also claimed the bronze medal in the Clean and Jerk in the same category.
