Egyptian weightlifter Sara Ahmed, who won silver at the Paris Olympics and bronze at the Rio Olympics, claimed two gold medals in the Clean & Jerk and Total at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh 2025. Ahmed also won the silver medal in the Snatch event in the 77 kg category at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games (Riyadh 2025), after successfully lifting 115 kg.
