What is Boxing?
Boxing dates back to ancient civilizations such as Egypt and Greece, where it was part of the early Olympic Games. It developed further in 18th-century England through bare-knuckle fighting before the introduction of formal rules like the Queensberry Rules in 1867. Modern boxing includes both amateur and professional forms and remains a globally recognized sport featuring legendary figures such as Muhammad Ali.Boxing and the ISSA
