On Monday, September 1, 2025, the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA) convened its 43rd Executive Board Meeting virtually, chaired by HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal Al Saud, President of ISSA.

The meeting addressed several key topics, most notably the ongoing preparations for the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, to be hosted in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from November 7 to 21, 2025.

The Board emphasized the importance of ensuring a successful edition of the Games that embodies the values of solidarity, unity, and peace among ISSA’s 57 member countries.
