Iranian karate athlete Fatemeh Sadeghi won the gold medal in the Kata event at the sixth edition of the 2025 Islamic Solidarity Games in Riyadh, earning her second medal in the history of the Games after previously claiming silver at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya.
