2019 world champion Ugandan runner Halima Nakaayi earned the silver medal for her country in the 800 metres at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games (Riyadh 2025), finishing in a time of 2:03.14 minutes, repeating the achievement she made at the Baku 2017 edition.
