After winning the gold medal at the 2021 Konya edition, Kyrgyz wrestler Akzhol Makhmudov repeated his achievement at the sixth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games – Riyadh 2025, claiming gold once again in the Greco-Roman 77 kg category.
