Kuwaiti runner Yaqoub Al-Youha won Kuwait's only gold medal in athletics at the Islamic Solidarity Games – Riyadh 2025 by finishing first in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.62 seconds, setting a record in the history of the Games.
