Togo's Collaboration With ISSA
The Togolese National Olympic Committee was established in 1963 and was recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1965.
Togo began participating in the Islamic Solidarity Games from the first edition in 2005 and also took part in the Baku 2017 and Konya 2021 editions.

Naomi Akakpo
Runner Naomi Akakpo became the first athlete from Togo to win a medal in the Islamic Solidarity Games by securing the silver medal in the 100-meter hurdles at the Konya 2021 edition.
