Valerie Tarazi
Swimmer Valerie Tarazi has become the first Palestinian woman to medal in the history of the Games, securing bronze in the women’s 200m Individual Medley at Riyadh 2025.

Maryam Basharat
Maryam Basharat became the first Palestinian karateka to win a medal at the World Karate Championships, claiming gold at the 2024 World Junior Championships. She also secured gold at the Asian Championship in the same year.
