Cameroon's Collaboration With ISSA
The Cameroonian National Olympic and Sports Committee was established in 1963 and recognized by the International Olympic Committee in the same year.
Cameroon began participating in the Islamic Solidarity Games from the inaugural edition in 2005 and has not missed any edition since.

To date (excluding Riyadh 2025 edition), Cameroon has won a total of 24 medals in the Islamic Solidarity Games — 3 gold, 9 silver and 13 bronze.

Cameroonian sprinter Emmanuel Eseme shined during the 5th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games (Konya 2021), contributing to Cameroon’s best-ever performance at the Games by winning the gold medal in the 200m athletics event.
